I originally booked with a company that I had received a coupon from in Val-Pak. That company canceled on me the same day they were supposed to show. In a crunch, I called Tom because of his high reviews on Google and Yelp, and he was able to work me in the next day. Not only did he help me out of a jam (my furniture had already been moved in preparation for the other company), but his professional and courteous service were outstanding. The carpets look amazing. He fully explained everything, guarantees his work, and was extremely affordable. Tom was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend TLC, and will definitely be using them again in the future.
