I hired TLC to clean two rooms at my rental property. Tom did a great job, and he guaranteed his work. The price was very reasonable, too! If I ever need carpets cleaned again, I would definitely call TLC to do the job.

Tom just cleaned our air ducts last week and he really outdid himself. He is so thorough in everything from explaining his process to actually doing the job. We just moved into a new house and my husbands allergies started acting up instantly. He has severe asthma reactions to pet dander and dust so we needed someone to clean our air ducts asap as it was an emergency situation. The previous owners of the house had never gotten it cleaned and the house is over 20 years old so it was pretty bad. I am so glad we found Tom and his team because they were able to make it out quickly and did such a fantastic job. He really saved my husband from getting any sicker and I couldn't thank him enough. He is also very honest and trustworthy. I was able to leave and go back to work. They just cleaned up after and locked up on their way out. I highly recommend. Thank you TLC!

I bought a new house. Actually it wasn't new, it was built in 1948 and had some old carpet in it. Considering the condition of the carpeting, TLC did an excellent job of cleaning it. They even went the extra mile. The real estate agent was supposed to let TLC in at the set appointment time, but they were nowhere to be found. TLC took the initiative and contacted the real estate agent to get into the house. I found out after the job that this place comes highly recommended by real estate agents. So I made the right choice and would use these guys again.

TLC is great!!! I just bought a home that needed a little cleaning TLC :). I found them on yelp and am beyond pleased. Tom is very honest and offers great discounts. I have already referred him to friends and will continue to do so.

We had a couple of rugs cleaned by TLC Carpet & Upholstery Care in Castle Rock, CO on 4/19/19. The technician showed up on time, was very professional and explained their cleaning process. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and did a great job cleaning the rugs and didn’t try to up charge me for additional services. This is the second time I have used them to clean my rugs and have always been very satisfied. I will continue to use them for any other cleaning. Thank you TLC for your carpet care.

Cannot say enough about the folks at TLC. They were very professional and on time. The before and after pictures of my air ducts were shocking! Very competitively priced and efficient.

They did an amazing job and it was so quick and thorough! He even took before and after pics for me and I can see the difference for sure. Quality company and great pricing!

These guys are awesome. Our carpet looks amazing. They are quick, do a great job, are affordable, and are very upfront about the cost. I am beyond impressed. With numerous foster puppies, 3 personal dogs, and 3 small kids our carpet was in rough shape. It looks new again! We will not hesitate to use them again.

I was very satisfied with the quick response, professionalism, and quality service I received from Tom and son Brayden of TLC this week. Our family has been experiencing a lot of allergy symptoms and I knew that the air ducts in our home probably needed cleaning. Tom responded to my email by phone call within an hour and was able to fit us in within two days. The work was thorough and efficient and he took time to explain what he was doing and why. The cost was reasonable and less than local competitors. There were no attempts made to add on or adjust from the original quote. I would highly recommend this service to others and know we will use TLC Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning again in the future.

TLC is a top notch, honest and professional company. They came in and quoted me a reasonable price for pet stains and a 4 room house. Gave me all my options and absolutely no pressure on any extra services. I would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning. Even gave me a quote for air duct cleaning.

Tom was great! Extremely informative, efficient, and friendly! Highly recommend for air duct cleanings! You get what you pay for and some! The vents were shiny and he even changed my filter for me as he saw my new filter waiting there for when they were finished. I’ll be calling for carpets in December.

Tom and his guys were great. They were even patient with my grouchy dog. Tom measured and gave me the price before they started. They helped move the stuff off of my floors that I hadn't done yet, very much appreciated. My carpets have never been cleaner. I would highly recommend them.

I am so impressed with the service we received from TLC. We had a tough job (pet stains and odor) for them and they stepped up and were able to help. They explained my options, worked hard to resolve our issue and even came back to follow up when the carpet needed just a little more TLC! I felt the prices were reasonable. Truly one of my best experiences with a carpet company. Can't wait to have them come back and clean my tile floors.

We had our carpets cleaned and the vents cleaned at the same time, they did an outstanding job! Our carpets look really great and it feels good knowing our vents aren't full of dust and dirt. Wonderful customer service. I definitely recommend their services.

I originally booked with a company that I had received a coupon from in Val-Pak. That company canceled on me the same day they were supposed to show. In a crunch, I called Tom because of his high reviews on Google and Yelp, and he was able to work me in the next day. Not only did he help me out of a jam (my furniture had already been moved in preparation for the other company), but his professional and courteous service were outstanding. The carpets look amazing. He fully explained everything, guarantees his work, and was extremely affordable. Tom was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend TLC, and will definitely be using them again in the future. These guys were great; they gave a quote broken out into what was provided, and what was extra, and stuck to it. They showed up on time. We had them clean the air ducts, which were shiny when they were done, and had them clean the champagne-colored carpets that were nearly 30 years old and they brought those back to life very nicely. Highly recommend this company.

Wonderful experience. Worked with Tom and his team. The communication was good, and he was upfront about pricing. He was running ahead of schedule and called to be sure it was OK to come on over. Their prices were reasonable for two floors of approximately 2300 sq ft of carpet and steps. We had several pet stains and odor from two small dogs, and they removed all the odor and most of the stains. They literally get down on their hands and knees to sniff the carpet and make sure there is no more odor. Tom even came back a week or so later and went over some of the stains again at no charge. Our carpet looks amazing and the results are awesome. Nice soft clean carpet, no more odor. Tom is pleasure to work with, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I definitely recommend TLC Carpet Cleaning.

They arrived on time, were respectful of our home, cleaned up after their work was completed and finished the job in a timely manner. I appreciated the before and after pics of our ducts and dryer vent.
