I am so impressed with the service we received from TLC. We had a tough job (pet stains and odor) for them and they stepped up and were able to help. They explained my options, worked hard to resolve our issue and even came back to follow up when the carpet needed just a little more TLC! I felt the prices were reasonable.
Truly one of my best experiences with a carpet company. Can’t wait to have them come back and clean my tile floors.
