Wonderful experience. Worked with Tom and his team. The communication was good, and he was upfront about pricing. He was running ahead of schedule and called to be sure it was OK to come on over. Their prices were reasonable for two floors of approximately 2300 sq ft of carpet and steps. We had several pet stains and odor from two small dogs, and they removed all the odor and most of the stains. They literally get down on their hands and knees to sniff the carpet and make sure there is no more odor. Tom even came back a week or so later and went over some of the stains again at no charge. Our carpet looks amazing and the results are awesome. Nice soft clean carpet, no more odor. Tom is pleasure to work with, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I definitely recommend TLC Carpet Cleaning.
