We had a couple of rugs cleaned by TLC Carpet & Upholstery Care in Castle Rock, CO on 4/19/19. The technician showed up on time, was very professional and explained their cleaning process. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and did a great job cleaning the rugs and didn’t try to up charge me for additional services. This is the second time I have used them to clean my rugs and have always been very satisfied. I will continue to use them for any other cleaning. Thank you TLC for your carpet care.
