I was very satisfied with the quick response, professionalism, and quality service I received from Tom and son Brayden of TLC this week. Our family has been experiencing a lot of allergy symptoms and I knew that the air ducts in our home probably needed cleaning. Tom responded to my email by phone call within an hour and was able to fit us in within two days. The work was thorough and efficient and he took time to explain what he was doing and why. The cost was reasonable and less than local competitors. There were no attempts made to add on or adjust from the original quote. I would highly recommend this service to others and know we will use TLC Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning again in the future.
